All organizations receiving any support, cash or in-kind, from Green Lantern, LLC must conform to the following eligibility guidelines.
Due to the substantial number of donation requests we receive, we will unfortunately not be able to meet the needs of every organization that applies.
Please answer as many of the following questions in the application provided below as possible.
Receipt of application is no guarantee of acceptance.
A brochure, flyer or a letter about your charity with this information on your business letterhead is required before donation requests will be considered.
Eligibility Requirements
An organization will be considered eligible if it is:
1. A US nonprofit charitable corporation that has been granted tax-exempt status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or, if a K-12 public school or school district, under Section 501 (c) (3) or Section 170 (c) (1) of the Code.
2. Electronically verifiable in the IRS Business Master File or National Center for Education Statistics database.
3. US Patriot Act compliant.
Ineligible Organizations
1. Labor Unions or trade associations
2. Fraternal or political organizations
3. Organizations that operate or support activities that is counter to the policies of Green Lantern, LLC
